Tiltan Systems Engineering is a leading provider of 3D and 2D image generation systems and derived applications.
Andrey Tovchigrechko (a Gil Algorithm specialist) worked with us on several projects during the period from January 2009 to July 2009. His tasks included preprocessing and grading of images received from an airborne camera. He also invented and programmed a new method for matching aerial photographs of difficult terrains, such as forests.
We were very satisfied with Mr. Tovchigrechko's performance as algorithm designer. He tackled difficult problems and successfully solved them using both standard and non-standard approaches.
