We combine remote work with periodic visits to a client site

Our search for the most effective and productive work process has led us to create a combination of 90% remote work and 10% personal contact. We now work remotely, visiting a client's office only when necessary.

Through this mode of operation, our workday has no limits or time restrictions. In fact, we work 24 hours a day, rendering services to clients worldwide, engaging the best experts from different countries and time zones on projects.

Methodology

For best results, our team has worked out its own technique, one we successfully use when interacting with our clients. Our methodology includes:

a) Information Gathering

We collect complex information on the project during a two-week period, allowing us to quickly begin work on a new project.

b) Project Analysis

We have created methods allowing us to estimate the time required for the development of mathematical algorithms and their efficiency before beginning the actual work. These methods enable our clients to make expedient decisions on which project to undertake, agree on specific time limits for project delivery, and negotiate precise and measurable results. This eliminates the basic problem arising with the use of scientific efforts in business, namely unforeseen delays and unexpected issues encountered on the way to achieving the result, compelling developers to repeat certain steps.

Moreover, numerous examples of our technique have shown that, as a result of such analysis, solving tasks becomes much easier and quicker than expected.

c) Problem Solving

We use a technique of solving scientific and technical problems that we developed as described in more detail in other sections of this site.

Contract

Depending on the type of project and as agreed upon with the customer, we use either a project scheme or enter into a long-time contract with monthly payments.

Note that regardless of the form of the relationship between client and advisor, the advisor is responsible for the performance of the work specified, at the quality level and within the time limits negotiated. We are interested in fruitful long-term relationships with our clients and offer responsible and mature cooperation.
